- Background within the online sphere and primarily within E-commerce sales and marketing.
- Perhaps an interest or background in music and audio products and IT-accessories in general.
- Comfortable to work and adapting in fast-growing and changing environments across different cultures.
- Advantage if you have German language but must be fluent in English.
What will you do:
- The goal is to be visible at more online market platforms and build an inhouse team in performance marketing and online distribution for the Group to drive profitable growth.
- Develop online marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Be a part of creating a scalable platform for online marketing business and operation.
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data, and measure results.
- Plan and monitor paid marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage the content and appearance on our products in different online marketplaces.
- Pioneer and create new opportunities on different online marketing places, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.
- Actively participate in scheduled internal bi-weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.
- Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that we are offering the absolute best assortment to the customer.
