Area ofresponsibility
As a CCO, you will be commercially responsible for contributing to the development of both existing and future business development projects with the aim of improving service offering and thus the opportunity for continued growth. The position reports directly to the CEO and is located at the head office in central Stockholm.
Primary tasks
- Create and drive overall strategies & KPIs in - CRM, Communication & Creative production.
- Budget responsibility & team management.
- Very good knowledge of working in different digital channels.
- Develop start-up packages to get new customers to buy more products.
- Identify, drive and implement business development initiatives to drive B2C development.
- Participates in building a long-term sales process
- Collaborate within a team environment. Must be a cooperative team player able to build relationships across complex matrix structures.
Who are you?
- Relevant academic education towards Business/Marketing/Economics.
- Minimum 7 years in a corresponding role, preferably in relationship sales and / or business development of B2B services or as a strategy consultant.
- Experience with strategy projects specifically in customer service, customer experience and / or in service sales.
- Analytical with the ability to translate analysis into business and concrete activities.
- Commercial mindset and business development ability, sees and takes advantage of new opportunities.
- Extensive experience in marketing & sales and understand the importance of this to drive growth and build strategic partnership.
- Strong communicator and skilled at building long-term relationships.
- Solution-oriented and innovative.
- Methodical and systematic approach, with an ability to plan and prioritize.
- Ability to express yourself both verbally and writing for both Swedish & English.
